Shipping policy

Order Process

  • Retail Orders - All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days from when order was placed. If you need an order rush shipped please reach out to me through our “Contact Page” before placing your order to ensure your delivery dates can be met.
  • Wholesale Orders - Please allow 1-2 weeks for fulfillment on wholesale orders. Larger quantity orders may take more time. Please feel free to reach out to us through our “Contact Page” if you have an questions or concerns about receiving your wholesale order by a specific date.

  • High-Volume Orders - Large orders for retail and wholesale customers may cause further delays. Although we always try to adhere to our shipping guidelines mentioned above, sometimes high-volume orders need extra time to be put together. If this is the case, we will notify you immediately to try to accommodate any scheduling conflicts you may have.
  • Rush Orders - We can occasionally accommodate rush orders on certain items. If you need a rush order please reach out to us through our “Contact Page” and place “Rush Order” in the subject line of your message. We will get back to you as quickly as possible to confirm if your deadline can be met. Please DO NOT place your order first and expect us to adhere to your timeline.

Rush orders (when possible) will come with additional shipping and handling fees.

  • Pre-Orders - If you are pre-ordering an item, then the expected date of when the product is prepared, packaged and shipped out will be mentioned on the product‘s page.
  • Public Holidays - There may be order delays during specific times of the year, mainly holidays. We will always do our best to advise customers of any delays that may occur during specific high-volume months. Order cut-off dates will be announced during these seasons to ensure all items are received by their expected arrival date. We highly recommend planning ahead when possible as items will be sent out in the order in which they were received.

Payments

  • Retail Orders - We accept payments through our online website using Shopify. This a safe and reliable platform for receiving and exchanging funds.
  • Wholesale Orders - For our wholesale clients, we gladly accept multiple forms of payment. You may choose to place your order via our online platform which uses Shopify. You may also choose to pay using Zelle, PayPal, Venmo or Check.

Please note that payments for wholesale orders must be received in full before being shipped out.

  • All payment information you share with us is confidential and will remain private.

Packaging

  • All products are packaged using eco-friendly materials. Prints are packaged with a recycled and recyclable cardboard backing and sealed inside a clear biodegradable protective sleeve.
  • All prints and original artworks are shipped flat (exceptions may apply if mentioned on the individual's product page).
  • For shipping, all products are carefully packed with bubble and/or rigid mailers made of eco-friendly and recyclable materials.

Shipping

Due to Covid-19, shipping and delivery times can vary. 

  • All orders ship out from Colorado, USA and are processed by the United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • All domestic orders will be shipped out via Priority Mail and will come with a tracking number once shipped.
  • Priority Mail packages generally take 2-5 business days to arrive after shipped. This time frame may vary during times of high-volume postal traffic and postal work delays. This includes but is not limited to; public holidays, election/voting dates, union strikes, government unrest, etc.
  • International shipping may take 2-4 weeks to arrive and can occasionally take up to 5-8 weeks depending on your location and circumstances. Tracking info will be provided while the package is within the United State. Unfortunately we can not provide further tracking once your package has left the US.
  • Anise Designs is not liable for international orders that acquire custom fees, delays, or returns. Please look into your countries Customs policies before placing your order.
  • Each order incurs a shipping rate, which is calculated at checkout, according to the order’s weight. Customs and other taxes are a responsibility of the customer.
  • Rush Orders can occasionally bed accommodated for certain items. If you need a rush order please reach out to us through our “Contact Page” and place “Rush Order” in the subject line of your message. We will get back to you as quickly as possible to confirm if your deadline can be met. Please DO NOT place your order first and expect us to adhere to your timeline.

Rush orders (when possible) will come with additional shipping and handling fees.

  • If you are ordering multiple items of varying dimensions and weight we may need to mail some items separately. if this is the case, you will be notified via e-mail and will receive multiple tracking numbers.
  • You can track your order easily by entering your package's tracking number into “link page here”

Address and Delivery

  • Customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address at the time of order. Anise Designs is not responsible for any loss of funds/products due to an address error by the customer.
  • If you notice an error to your shipping address before your items have been shipped you may send us us an email at info@anisedesigns.com with your name, order number and correct address. If the order has been fulfilled, then we cannot alter it’s destination. The cost(s) of any additional shipping expenses to re-send an item must be paid by the customer.
  • If your package arrived but was not picked up and was returned to us, then we are more than happy to send the package back to you for an additional shipping charge.

Damages and Lost Packages

  • Customer is responsible for purchasing shipping insurance in order to avoid loss of funds or products in the event that a package is damaged, lost, or stolen. Shipping insurance is highly encouraged and can be purchased at check out for an additional fee.
  • Anise Designs is not responsible for any damages that may occur in transit. We will always do our best to ensure your order is packaged safely and securely. However, we can not control how packages are cared for once they have been shipped out.
  • If your item has been damaged, lost, or stolen you may Contact us directly. We will work with you on this issue to see if your item can be replaced.
    • For Damaged Items: Please provide picture proof if possible within 48 hours of receiving your product.
    • For Lost/Stolen Items: If your item has been marked as delivered but has not shown up, please contact your local USPS store first. There have been instances where tracking codes indicate an item as delivered when it has not been. When this happens, packages are usually delivered within the next day or two. If after 3 days your package has still not arrived, file a complaint with your local post office and see if they can give you the name of who was delivering your package that day. Once you have gone through these steps, please forward us any information you have on the case; such as tracking number, tracking info, email to/from your local post office, postal worker name, claim ID etc. We will work with you to find your package, or replace it when necessary.

Please note: Only prints and merchandise can be replaced. If a limited edition print has sold out, then we cannot re-print more. Original artworks are one of a kind and cannot be returned nor replaced.

  • By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
  • By placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents' permission to buy from our shop.
  • Shipping costs, custom fees, and transaction fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
  • Note that all custom taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
